I have to repeat this inquiry because it was earlier classified as Solved, but it is not solved yet, and I don't know how to reclassify it. Given the urgency to solve this, I repeat it here an open issue.
I don't know exactly what I have done, but somehow I messed up the triggering of my follow-up emails.
My follow-up emails are never triggered when a user subscribes automatically after its account creation.
I have setup a follow-up when "A user subscribes", with conditions "is subscribing to list X" and "belongs to a segment X".
It doesn't work.
Can you kindly help me?
Should I re-setup and change the trigger to "When user is created" ?
