I have a problem with the subscription form not updating custom fields for existing subscribers. We have a setup where we only ask for name and email address for a first time subscriber. After registration is done we send them to a subscription form for another list where we also ask for a phone number. If a new subscriber is sent to the second form, the phone number is added to the user profile, but if the form is visited by an existing subscriber, the phone number is not recorded. Is this a known bug, and is there a work-around for this issue?
