Since the middle of November, over 1400 subscribers have been dropped from our newsletter list. This is not from people unsubscribing... one was our office manager who was unsubscribed from two different emails. I need to know what is happening, and why, and fast! Acy support seems incapable of logging in to troubleshoot. I do not see a way to isolate this week's or month's unsubscribed emails from a list of many thousands. Any help would be much appreciated.
