How to get back from Acym 10 to Acym 9?

Hi,

is it possible within Joomla 5 to downgrade from Acym 10 Enterprise to Acym 9 Enterprise without loosing my newsletter and list of users?

Would something work like
1) saving my newsletter-template,
2) saving/exporting the list-of-user
3) deinstalling all Acym extensions/plugins,
4) deleting all Acym entries in the database,
5) and then installing Acym 9 (which I still have) etc.?

Or is there a better way?

why? you don't like Acy10?
i use also Acy9 and i am not sure if i should update to 10, because there are nor news absout Acy10

What do you mean that there are no news about AcyMailing 10?

Did you check our changelog?

It is not advisable to downgrade from AcyMailing 10 to AcyMailing 9, because of the changes in the DB between the versions

I would like to use Acym 10. Bus as I wrote in another post – and am now in contact with support team – the unsubscribe and unsubscribeall links do not work anymore (with a rather simple Joomla 5 installation). When saving the newsletter-template the link goes like:

https://MYDOMAIN/administrator/%7Bunsubscribeall%7D%7B/unsubscribeall%7D

and the user who wants to unsubscribe gets a message that there is no such user.

When running a backup of my site with Acym 9 installed, everything works fine, and the link is similar to this one:

https://MYDOMAIN/component/acym/frontusers/unsubscribeAll/user_id-10/user_key-CtMiugu98mgJ10?mail_id=45&idU=3

Hope the support team finds a solution.
