The number of “Sent” emails on our list of sent campaigns/emails is being incorrectly reported. This is the number on the “green bar” next to the title of the email campaign. It is usually fewer than the actual number of emails sent. The email notification after a sending doesn’t list all the emails sent for a given campaign either.
The emails are all being sent; I’m sure of this! I have an “Essential” licence using the Sending Service and the countdown number of emails remaining in the month is working just fine; it ticks down by the expected number (plus a couple used for notifications) when a campaign is sent. All good!
It looks like everything is working except for the number of “Sent” emails on the “green bar”. Is this common? Is there something I can/should do or check?
It’s not a major problem other than I’m getting fed up of answering questions about it from my site’s users!
