Module - AcyMailing subscription form

Hello,

Joomla 5.2.4
AcyMailing Enterprise 10.0.1

I have a subscription module with several lists for members to subscribe or unsubscribe to.
I have the unsubscribe button displayed "always" but when I click on it, although there is an alert confirming that I have successfully unsubscribed, and although I am indeed unsubscribed from all the lists (checked in back office) the lists stay checked, until I refresh the page. Very confusing for my members....

Any idea?

Hi,

Sounds like a caching issue. Can you temporarily disable any caching, clear your server and browser cache and check if that is changing this behaviour?

Whatever I do, it doesn't change this behaviour... (cache off and cleared).

The only workaround I found is to define a redirect link to the very same page, forcing then the page to reload, which is fine for me.
But then other issues arise: First you can't subscribe to some lists and unsubscribe to some others in one submission. It used to be that way in the acymailing 5 module, it worked more like a "save my preferences".
Also, if you are already subscribed to some lists, and uncheck some of them because you want to unsubscribe, then hit the unsubscribe button, the result is the opposite of what you need: you have actually subscribed to the lists you have just unchecked and unsubscribed to the ones you wanted to keep...

Really weird.. Any help?
