Thrane Hi I have paced the dynamic link {unsubscribe}Unsubscribe{/unsubscribe} in my emails and turned on Unsub page in the settings. But clicking the link in the email doesn't unsub the user? Regards Thomas
mihha Hi, if you turned on the unsubscribe page, then the unsubscribe link will take the subscriber to that page to finish the final unsubscribe process
Thrane Hi Yes, it does, but when I turn of the list there and click update, the user is NOT unsubscribed.
