Good morning and merry Christmas to all.

Is it possible to send an email as a welcome email when someone signs up to an event when using Events Booking?

Example:

Dear Mark, thank you for signing up to our course. The details are as below:

Course Date: 27th January 2020

Course name: Heating controls

Location: Training room 1

Hi,

Yes, there is an add-on for Events Booking. You can setup automations to send mail based on events people have subscribed to. Please note that you will need the Enterprise version to be able to use automations.

In v6 you go to Add-ons in the left menu and then you add the Events Booking add-on.

I've set the automated email up but I can't display the course they are booked on. I have selected Categories >> Heating controls, and all the courses in the category are sent, if i select the one by one tab it only allows me to select a course from a list, how can i send the email so it's only the course they are subscribed to is displayed automatically?

Also how can i set it so that it only send the email once? At the moment I'm getting emails every 15 minutes?

Hi,

you have set the trigger of the automation to a "classic trigger". Create a "trigger on user action" so you can target specific users that trigger the automation and tailor the content. You'll notice that you will see new options for Events Booking.
