Bug in email archive deletion option ?

Hello,
Perhaps there's a bug with the email archive deletion option?
When you enable the option, the form fields for adjusting the delay disappear.
And when you disable it, they reappear.
Either there's a bug, or the indicative text in French is incorrect.
