I'm reaching out to follow up on a support request concerning our license. We initially purchased a license for a single site and later upgraded it to support multiple sites. However, we’ve encountered issues registering the license on additional sites, as the system returns an error.
We understand that the matter has been escalated to your Level 2 technical team, and we truly appreciate your efforts so far. That said, we haven’t yet received any updates, and the issue is starting to impact our work.
