Problem with cname - acysending service

Hi,

Just upgrade to acypro with 30000mails/month.

try to parametr it on my joomla website. i select acymailingsending service then it ask me to add canme to my host.
I did it correctly but when check acy says errors.

I have try multiple time and also ask my register and he d'ont know the problem, he thinks all is ok .

Can you check the picutre and explain me if you see a problem please ?

There is no need to open the same support request using our contact form and forum

Especially, since on the forum, no one can help you with this kind of problem

Also, opening multiple support requests just stretches our support and slows it down
