Paramètres advice for sending with acysending service

Hi,

I have subscibe to acyamiling service to 30000/month, all is parmaters well and will start my fisrt sending of a news with 3000 peron in.

I'm wondering what setting you advice to put when using your service.
How much mail did you max advice to send in 1 hour please ?

Also a question : when using the params on photo on my own server, i parameters every 6mn send but the mails are sedn every 15mn, an idea why ?
