This is twice now in a few months.
By failing to send our last mailer we have not been able to give people the time legally required or a meeting, all cancelled, all for nought.
And now after this second episode of the same error, you are saying you don't know when it will be fixed?
Are you essentially advising us to find another provider to send out urgent emails, as you have no idea, if and when it might be fixed?
I empathise with you especially upline suppliers. May I suggest in future you have a notifications system that advises us in advance, when your system is not working so we can all plan accordingly. It is frustrating to find out hours after producing a timely newsletter, it's a redundant effort when you get to the send step.
That way we can work out alternatives in advance as I would rather have sent it by an alternative supplier to meet deadlines than risk this inconsistency.
I will hang in with you guys for a bit longer, however for our business, we have to begin seeking alternatives. I hope you guys are back up and running before one emerges. A third time and I doubt my boss will let us stay.
How will we know when it's back up?, can you send an email?
