License key paid for by SEPA - still not active

Hi I am contacting you on behalf of a client.
They had an Essential Licence key which expired in 2024.
On 21 October 2025 they updated their account to use SEPA
Acymailing have taken payment 5 days ago Order #363267
#363267 21 October 2025 On hold 35,67€ for 1 item
Their account is still on hold and the licence key doesnt work.
We have contacted you by your contact form but no response from acymailing.
This is urgent and requires an immediate fix as they cannot send newsletters.
You should be able to id the client from the order number provided.
