Send process, batches, running in parallel detected

Before I give ACYMAILING super user access, figured I'd try here first. A little concerned about sharing login information over email -- which is not secure.

Using ACYMAILING's paid email service for the first time, to overcome host's 600 per hour email limitation. Getting an error "Send process running in parallel detected". Had it set to 3 batches of 300 emails every 15 minutes. We have 2800 emails to send, and would like to send within an hour or so if possible.

Is this error because of doing 3 batches at a time? what is the purpose of having more than 1 batch?

I had some old cron jobs on my server (from version 5.0) when we sent out the first email, so maybe that was the conflict.

Hi,

This happens when a cron job is started before the previous one has finished. To prevent sending duplicate emails the second youb will be ignored until the other one is finshed.
This can happen when two cron servers call your Acymailing cron url. Most often this happens when you setup a cron task on your own cron server without disabling our cron service.

The second reason this can happen is when a cron task is called without the previous one having fished. This is caused by a slow server or very large emails which take up too much time to render.
