How does pricing work?

I do not understand the pricing model.... I send max 600-700 mails per month. In the Free, Essential and Enterprise, I get 500 free mails. But what does that mean? Am I not able to send more than 500? What happens if I want to send more - how is that calculated? I suppose it is possible, but where can I read about it?

Hi,

You are referring to Acymailing in combination with using are Sending Service. In case you need to send more emails than the 500 included you need to purchase additional credits.
The Sending Service is a sending method, just like using a smtp server or other third party sending service.

If you use your own sending method, for example your smt server, these number do not apply. You need however to choose Acymailing without the Sending Service.
