Unsubscribe users from a list

I have a CSV with 250 users that I want to unsubscribe from 1 specific Acymail list, how do I do this?

When importing the csv, there is the option to select the list but not to unsubscribe ?

Hi,

To accomplish what you want you can create a temporary list, import your subscribers to this temp list and then delete all users that are subscribed to your temporary list.

Nope, that will delete the users from all lists. I need to unsubscribe them from 1 specific list.

On older Acymailing I could import a csv and subscribe or unsubscribe from specific lists. It is weird you seem to have removed this functionality?

I hope you have a workaround I can use?

Hi,

Instead you can use a mass action that will target users subscribed to your temporary list and perform two actions on these users. The first action is unsubscribing them from your desired list and the second action is to delete them from your temporary list.

Mass actions are part of the Automations.

Can you tell me how to do the mass action (unsubscribing)?

Hi,

Go in the left menu to Atomations. Once there you'll see the Mass Action button in the top right corner.

Set the action targets to the users subscribed to your temp list and define the two actions (1. unsubscribe from your desired list and 2. delete from your temp list) on the Action tab.
