When I try to send an email automatically (pro licence) I get a message saying my Cron is not enabled and to click to enable it.
When I do this, I see on the configuration page that my licence and cron are both active, in green. I followed advice on another thread and tried deleting my licence key, saving, then adding it back and relinking. After doing this I clicked on "send a test" - this message was delivered correctly. However, the automatic send is still not working and when I go back to the "emails" page, it still says the cron is not activated.
This issue started in November but it is only now that I've tried to send out a campaign email. Prior to that the cron was working fine.
Please advise.
