I configured the module to display the list name, along with its checkbox. (see image)

However, the list is not displayed above the "First Name Last Name" field.

When you select to automatically subscribe to the newsletter list, the list name won't be visible on the form

Deselect the newsletter list in the automatic newsletter subscription box and you will see the list name in the subscription form

When I open the module, the checkboxes are as shown in image 1.
When I click on the second checkbox (lists are displayed), the checkboxes are as shown in image 2.
As soon as I click Save, the situation reverts to image 1.
Result: no list is displayed.
What else can I do?
