My emails have dissapeared

Hello,
Today, I encountered a problem where my newsletters disappeared.
I have been using the free version for years.
Today, when I wanted to create a new newsletter, instead of the template, only a blank editing interface appeared.
I tried to outsmart the system and copied the previous newsletter, so I was able to edit it, but when I saved it, it showed a blank page again.
Then, while editing, I sent a test email, which saved it, and the test email went out fine, but when I finally started the regular mailing, the system reported that the HTML was empty, and indeed, an empty email arrived.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

Coul it be you are using both the legacy htm editor and th new drag & drop editor?

I use the Drag& Drop editor, but even the official teplates are empty if I want to start a new newsletter.

All the editor tools are missing at the top of the email editor. And if I save the email, when I open it again it is totally empty.
I have cleared cache and tried it in a private window as well...

Hi,

Can you try opening your console (F12 in FF/Chrome/Edge) and check if you see any errors when saving your email?

That's the console. What you see is a warning,

The editor visible is the website's html editor, not the drag & drop editor. With which one do you experience these issues?

Well, it is not the websites html editor, that 's what the AcyMailing Drag&Drop editor looks like for me, that is my problem.
