Mail tester is an external service.
It was bought by a 3rd company some time ago. They seem to have been doing some changes since 2026.
They changed the URL to call to get the results. That's when we had to release a new version. Then last week they had an expired SSL certificate, preventing results from being fetched.
Now the service is affected again. It's not receiving emails, apparently.
We are in the contact with their support, but unfortunately, we can't do much about this problem, because it is on the external service side

There is a workaround that requires a few more steps:
- visit https://www.mail-tester.com/
- copy the email address from that site
- under the AcyMailing Tests, paste the email address in the email field and send the newsletter to that email address
- go back to the mail test site and check your spam score
