Hi,
I want to setup a campaign process like a campaign management platform I have recently seen which was really cool and wanted to ask if it is possible to achieve the same with current versions of Acymailing. Basically, it is the ability to automate a sequence of follow up emails for a single campaign. So, the first email goes out promoting a new service (either to existing subscribers or via a promotional page on their website to attract new subscribers).
If the user subscribes from this first communication the campaign is successful and ends.
If the users don't register for the offer (or just subscribed as new users in acymailing to receive future emails) from the first promotional offer (and haven't opted out from any future contact) then a series of 3 automated emails are sent after say 2 days from the initial message. In this scenario the campaign is part of a 3 day sequence which are triggered automatically:
Day 1 - a follow up email is sent which includes a short message and a link for more info about the new service (after reading the information they will have a second option to sign up to the offer) if they subscribe the campaign ends. If not Day 2 email is triggered:
Day 2 - a new email is sent with a countdown date/time (i.e. this offer is available for the next 7 days) the countdown is dynamic and starts when the user opens the message (so if fred opens it on 6th jan it starts then, If Tom opens in on 10th Jan it starts then). If the user signs up the campaign ends, otherwise the 3rd email is triggered for either the next day, or day after the campaign countdown date ends)
Day 3 - Final offer is sent
Can this or similar be achieved with Acymailing?
Kind regards
Mel
