Template suddenly disappeared-only an empty editor remains

I have a very strange problem. A newsletter I created now only shows me a blank JCE Editor in the Edit Mail tab. The template is gone, along with all the content I had integrated. How can something like this happen?
I refreshed the page and suddenly the template is gone, along with all the content. I've never had this happen before and have already sent 100 newsletters with this template. I noticed beforehand that the template report was white.:

(never had that before)

But when I clicked on “Edit,” everything worked. When I then refreshed the page with F5, everything was gone and all I can see is an editor.

I changed nothing the last days on my website. Yesterday everything worked fine.

I am guessing that you are using Firefox browser

I have reported this problem to our developers, but in the meantime, please use a Chromium-based browser as a workaround until this problem with Firefox is resolved

ah okay, thank you - It's probably due to the Firefox browser update. Is it normal that the JCE browser (blank) is still displayed in Chrome? So that all changes to the email have been lost as a result?

Bonjour, je confirme ce problème avec Firefox, j'ai installé la version 10.8.0 et tout est revenu à l'écran.
Je ne sais pas si c'est un hasard ou si cette version corrige ce souci.

Having read that this issue had been resolved, I confidently created a newsletter yesterday using my Firefox Developer and sent it to my client's 1,800 members. However, when I received it, I saw that the content was empty again!
When I displayed the newsletter to check its content, I saw that it had been deleted and that the editor configured in Joomla was displayed again, not the AcyMailing editor.
And when I checked the #_acym_mail_archive table, I saw that the newsletter was not there again.

For your information, the language selector displayed on acymailing.com does not work with Chrome but works with Firefox, so it is difficult to know which browser to use 😉
