Clicks not accounted

Hi
Clicks for an URL including an acymailing email tag are not accounted by acymailing stats.
The URL is like this : <a href="https://XXXX.com/to/KHlxu9?email={subtag:email}" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="font-size: 16px; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; color: #ff6600; text-decoration: none; display: inline-block;">
What should I do to correct this ? Many thanks

Hi,

There is an exception in the tracking system for links containing a dynamic text (in your case the {subtag:email}).
Those links are still tracked with Google Analytics, but since a dynamic text personnalizes the link for every recipients, there are as many links as there is recipients.
