oakmountain Hello, my newsletters are hanging in the queue with a not active status, as you can see in the screenshot. Any idea what i have to change?
jvstratum Hi, You can try to stop/start the sending. If that doesn't help you, please provide us with more information. Manual or automatic sending? Is your cron still working? Do you see any additional information in your log file? How did you configure your send process?
jvstratum Just delete the queue and then send the mailing again. AcyMailing will detect you already sent your Newsletter and will ask you (on the confirmation popup before the send process starts) if you want to re-send your Newsletter to users who didn't already receive it or to all your users.
jvstratum Ok, but you only provide little information. Is the cron still triggering your website without errors? If so, can you still send test mails?
oakmountain I can send testmails without any problems. This is from the error log: [Tue Jan 21 12:59:24 2020] [error] [client 31.17.108.0] File does not exist: /home/www/doc/26245/mpbrandl.de/www/media/com_acymailing/templates/css/template_6.css, referer: https://www.mpbrandl.de/administrator/index.php?option=com_acymailing&ctrl=newsletter&task=edit&mailid=54
jvstratum That's likely the cause of your issue. You might want to restore that file from your backup. Otherwise, edit your template and save it again. It might recreate that file.
