Unsubscribe Error "ERROR : You are not allowed to modify this user"

Hi there
The unsubscribe function does not work properly.
I tryed with the standard function as well as creating a customized link with the direct unsubscribe link from the documentation.
But in both cases the error is the same "ERROR : You are not allowed to modify this user"
Where can I change this authorization so that the unsubscribe works?

Hi,

In the Acy configuration page, tab "Interfaces", did you select a menu in the option "Menu linked to AcyMailing"?
If so, make sure this menu is public otherwise non-logged-in users won't be able to access the AcyMailing URLs.

I added the correct redirection link and now the error doesn't appear.
BUT now after clicking "unsbuscribe" button, the whole mailing list appears!😔
What do I need to change?

Hi,

Check your menu item. You have set it to "List management", and it should be "User : subscribe/modify your subscription".

I created a new menu item and added the link in the redirection field.
But it doesn't work...
I click on the link of the newsletter.
The text appears correct.
After clicking "unsubscribe" the list appears again...😔
How can I change the link of that button?
Because it goes to the Mailinglist

Now I see where is the problem: I was trying to unsubscribe the email address of the SuperAdmin User!
But when I send a test message to another email address all works fine👍
