Automatic Send Stopped Midway

Hello,

I received an email from a client that a newsletter's automatic send had stopped midway. I tried to process the cue but I got the notice that I cannot trigger the send because the configuration is set to automatic.

How can I trigger the send for the balance of the cue without having to go back an change the configuration to manual (which means I would have to leave the window open while Acy sends 3300 emails at 50 every 15 minutes) or having to duplicate the newsletter and having to send again?

Also, what would cause the automatic send to stop midway?

Hi,

Please go to Configuration->Send process and check the last cron runtime. If it does not macth your settings something is blocking your cron.

If Acymailing is still being triggered by your cron, please check your lof. You can access it from the same page where you check your cron. I t probably will show you an error messge.
