Emails are not being sent to users.

Hi,

When I attempt to send an email out, users are not getting the emails even though the system says the the emails have been sent. We checked spam/junk folders and nothing arrives.

I am using AcyMailing Enterprise : 5.10.4.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Did you try the SPAM test feature we have in our paid versions?
That's the most helpful tool to understand why email are not received ;-)
