Resend Campaign to Unopened from Last Campaign

I'd like to send an email to only those users that did not open the last campaign. How do I do this?

Hi,

With the Enterprise version you can setup an Automation or Mass action and set the Action targets to Statistics and then select users who did not open your selected newsletter.

Thanks for the tip... I tried both and got stuck on the Statistics screen. Selected "Not Opened" then under "Select a mail" nothing is displayed. I created a campaign last week and wanted to send to those that did not open from the campaign.

What do I use in the "Select a mail" ???

The list is empty and it says you should start to type the name of your campaign.

I cut and pasted the name into the "Select a mail" box and received "No results found"

Hi,

The best way is to start typing. It will show you all newsletters that contain your keystroke. You can paste text as a single word into the field, but it doesn't work when you paste text that includes spaces.

Before I tried cut and paste, I tried typing in the campaign name. I typed in the whole name - "No results found"

Is there any documentation I can read a follow to accomplish my goal?

Goal: After a week, resend an email to everyone on a list that did not open it last week. Of course substituting any specific time frames. ...like this... After 10 days, resend a campaign's email to everyone on the list that did not open it.

Not too fancy - a typical behavior.

Hi,

Do you have the latest version 6.8.3 installed? If not, please update.

In case it's not working in 6.8.3 run a database integrity check (You'll find a button for that in Configuration->Security) and try again.

If the problem persists, please raise a support ticket via Acyba's website (https://www.acyba.com/contact-us.html) and include login credentials for your backend and a link to this thread.

I'm not sure, but this could be related to your expired Acymailing license.

Without a valid license you're also not entitled to get personal support. Did you renew your license and did you attach it to your domain on Acyba's website?

It is not expired - see screen shot.

Also, you mean that if a license is expired, some features won't work any longer? Where is that documented?

I am afraid that for now, you just can't do it.
We didn't yet implement a feature where you can select sent campaigns in the Mass actions or Automations. For now, you can select existing, but it refers only to the existing templates and not existing campaigns

This is an unfortunate decision from the developers but something that we will change for sure in the upcoming releases

Hi,

I don't work at Acyba, so I can't check for valid licenses. Your screenshot from Acymailing says your licence is expired. Normally that's easy to fix. By the way, I also wrote that I'm not sure if the issue was related to an expired license.

First click in Acymailing on the refresh icon next to the version number. If that doesn't fix the issue download Acymailing from Acyba's website again and install it again. Normally your license issue should be solved.

Since you have a valid license you're also entitled to personal mail support. If you can't fix the two issues please raise a support ticket as described before.

Hi,

Ok.... I'm a little confused now.... For me it seems to work, I actually can select previous sent sampaigns when selecting users who didn't open. However, the number of users selected does not match the open rate as displayed in the statistics. So even though I can make this selection it makes no sense since the real numer of users who did not open the mail is lower then what the filter selects. So it's obvious this is not finished yet..
