Re-enter lists from v5 after installation of v6

I installed v6 some time ago to play with while waiting for the K2 option.
I imported my lists from v5 and all was OK for v6.
BUT that was some time ago and the lists on v5 have since changed. Unfortunately my first newsletter using V6 used the old imported V5 lists.
So, how can I get the latest lists from v5 into V6?

It's OK. I discovered the option to import V5 lists and users at the bottom of Configuration page
