Using Lists on Frontend

I have not done websites for may years and are helping someone now.

How do I let a user select which mailing list he wants to subscribe to from the front end.

User comes to the sites, wants to subscribe, select lists they want, enter name and email, agree and then click then click the subscribe button

Hi,

You need to create a subscription module. When editing the module you'll see options to select which lists to show and/or which lists you want the user to be automaticly subscribed to.
