Good day

The hosting company I use merged with another company.

I am now having a problem sending out emails. I sent out one
and when I checked the statistics I notices only 12 people received it.
When I checked the bounce handling it couldn't find the bounce email.
I then notice that the server setting was for the old server and I found
the new server and changed it. I did another bounce check and all
but the 12 bounced back. this didn't happen when the files
were on the old server. Is there someplace I am missing before I
contact my host.

Hi,

What do you mean with bounced back? For what reason? You should see an error indication somewhere. Either on your screen, in the users'history or in Acy's log file.
