Subscribers only added to acymailing 5 during Easysocial/Payplans registration

Hi,

my new subcribers only get added to acymailing 5 and not 6. At the moment I am running both components because there are functions i need in version 5 still. I am trying to create an automation with Payplans but because my users are not being added to the acymailing 6 it will never fire. I checked in my modules (as saw something on here that said it might I have the old subscription model active) I still need those. How do I get around this so the new users created during Easysocial/Payplans registration process get automatically added to my lists?

Hi Melanie,

Best solution would be to send us an email asking for this feature as this has not been implemented yet into AcyMailing 6. I've added it into our TODO list but can't let you know when this could be done as it is almost full of feature requests.

If you would be ok to pay for putting this one at the top of our priority then feel free to send us an email using our contact form ;-)

Is there a fix for this please? I have the same issue for almost a year now, I have to manually add new subscribers to Acy6, because it adds them automatically to Acy5, through the ACY Subscription form . Please help .... !

Hi Alexandre,

I will submit that shortly. I am testing the process with acymailing 5 subscription modules disabled and the PayPlans integration still doesn't work for me. The user now gets added to the correct list but the email never gets added to the queue. Maybe it is a settings issue with the time or something? I have played around with this and nothing fires it off. Here are my settings:

In Acymailing 6 Automation settings I have the following:

Information - I select:
On user creation

Conditions - I select:
Payplans
In
Payment Plan 1
Any Status
Subscription date [time]-60
End date [time]+60

Actions
Add an email to the queue
Existing newsletter: template 1
[time]

Actions Targets
Execute actions on the user triggering the automation

In PayPlans Acymailing 6 app settings I have the following:
App is published on the correct selected plans
Mailing list for active subscription, Hold subscription and Expired subscription all set to: template 1

Other info:

Cron jobs are running - Acymailing test is successful.

Problem is the mailing never gets added to the queue

That's probably because you're using AcyMailing 5 subscription form instead of AcyMailing 6 subscription form?
There is no reason for users to be subscribed to AcyMailing 5 if you use AcyMailing 6 subscription form
