I am looking for inspiration to help solve my problem, can anyone help?
I'm having an issue and don't know where to start. I am using Acymailing ver 6 with sendinblue as external smtp). emails received when sent from the campaign do not show the image (church top left hand corner) when opened in my PC (Edge, Chrome or Firefox) but display fine in gmail on my Android phone.
If I forward the Android phone gmail to another user they can see the image. When I forward the PC gmail to another user they cannot see the image.
I have 'checked' the gmail setting about displaying external images and told the email to always display images for this domain. On reopening the email the images still don't display.
I only have this issue when emails are sent from this specific joomla domain.
Any inspiration would be most welcome
Regards Robert

Update to this posting
On support from many folk I have decided that the issue is caused by something (I don't know what it is yet) that I have/haven't done with the Joomla configuration/setting
When I receive an email in my PC Browser gmail wants to protect me from email sent by me (even though sent from the Joomla domain) to my gmail account and then disables displaying the images.
I need to identify how to prevent the Joomla domain revealing my gmail address to my gmail account. 😕
Final close out
Thanks to many the problem was resolved. I had omitted to add the necessary TXT records in the Domain Zone Editor (DKIM, DMARC, SPF, PTR) These ensure that the sent email is not questionable from a spam perspective. Full technical solution was provided by Sendinblue as the free external smtp provider. Many thanks
