Acy suddenly stop sending newsletter with error message

I already contact the support for this and give a temporary entry to the site admin, no news for few days?

The component work perfectly so far, but not for the last newsletter.
Nothing Sent?

On the “Global Statistics” tab of the problem newsletter.

Nobody ?, this is an important newsletter for this site This is the sale of an apparel for around $60,000. Owner of the site and Acy entreprise is not happy...

First time ever I receive no response from Acymailing ??????

Anyway, just sendind a test newsletter bring this error:

Hi,
it looks like there is a problem with your SMTP server, make sure that is well configured in the configuration of AcyMailing, test if the port you're using is not blocked by your hosting.

If it's still not working, you can contact us via the support with your back-end credential and a link to this thread.

Thanks, we gettint somewhere....
The server was the problem, somebody change it for a external server that is no longer active?????????

• I turn it back to the default “PHP Mail Function”
• Now I’m able to send a “Test” Newsletter from Acy. (I wasn’t able to do that before)

• I’m also able to send to a Testing list (With Cron) (Acy Statistic say all sent) but the people receive this error in their mail app.

Please enable SMTP authentification in your configuration.
This should do the job 😉
