Duplicate email in the same mailing list not worlink

Hello,

We are a Certification Authority that needs to send periodic emails for each user informing his certification is due on date X and he needs to re-issue it.

Many users have more than one certificate (but same email) due in the same month or even on the same day. When I upload the list, the system detects duplicate email and only saves the last certificate information "updating" the fields "certificate type" and "due date" to the last one in the list.

Is there a way to fix this problem? Could someone help me?

Hi Cosmos,

We have/had the same challenge, one admin linked to more company listings.

Under the user we creates duplicate custom fields, company #1, company #2 etc

In this way we can send still mailings based on company (like expire date subscription)

Hi,

E-mail addresses are a unique key in Acymailing, so you can't add an address twice.

In v5 we had the universal tag plugin that allowed you to insert data from any sql table. That feature is not resent in v6 yet, but Acyba will surely bring that back.

You can try to post a job on freelancer.com. Otherwise you can try what @RobertEB suggested, or revert back to v5 in combination with the Universal Tag plugin. That plugin allows you to add content from any sql tablke in your database.
