Hi,

You should be able to do it using Joomla Extension Manager.
Please confirm that both of you don't have any way to do it?

@nzrunner @zetaylor?

I have just checked using the Joomla Extension Manager again and there are no component updates available. I am running Joomla 3.9.18. I have rebuilt the Updates site list and cleared the Extension Manager cache before selecting "Find Updates".

AvyMailing is still at 5.8.0

Hi,

There was an issue on the JED that prevented updating Acymailing v5. That's solved now. Can you try once more?

Sadly, no difference. Another site I have that has AcyMailing 5.10.4 installed has found a new version (5.10.13) if I use the "Check Update" within the component. The Joomla Extension Update finds no update.

The site that is on 5.8.0 finds no update in either place.

EDIT: If I try to update from 5.10.4 to 5.10.13 I get taken to the AcyMailing Subscriptions page and it tells me I have no active subscriptions, and I cannot update from 5.10.4 -> 5.10.13 :-( I am only using the Starter product.

Hi,

I just replied again to your support ticket

Igor

Nothing received :-(

I have checked my junk mail and there is nothing in there.

Can you just email me a link? This is incredibly frustrating when I am trying to launch a website and I just need a copy of 5.9.x or 5.10.x.

Hi,

please reply to the ticket which you opened or open a new one

I can't provide a link here I am afraid

Uh! Im sorry ... I think that was official... I added only the Version. My mistake.

You can now download version 5 from your account at acymailing.com .

    8 months later

I also need version 5.10.x for Joomla!
