What can i do in Joomla, access as administrator at the frontend? Menu "campaignservive".

Hi,

If you want to give users frontend access you need to create a Joomla access level, assign a group to it and add your user to that group. Once done you need to set the access level to your menu item.

Hi, can you send us temporary logins for backend to check the current configuration? (You can set 123456 as password for short time and afterwards you can change it again.)

Please do not ask for login credentials here on the forum. It's really dangerous and Acyba could get in trouble if some member get hacked because he listened to such a bad advice.

The best way is to point users to the contact form on Acyba's website. There they can securely send their login credentials. Also, the contact form is connected to Acyba's ticketing system. Acyba will handle it from there.

OK, what i done:
create a new usergroup (Mail) , add the User !
create a menu with "Kampagnenverwaltungsseite", connect with your modul. All with access level zu "Mail" !
!!!! Error!!! - What is missing or is false ?

Hi,

I think you forgot to create the Joomla access level. You should have user->group->acces level.

Also, when checking the frontend login with the user you created. Or in case you prefer to login with your superuser or admin account also add that user group to your access level.
