How do I immediately cancel renewals?

My client does not want a recurring subscription. How do I make sure they are not added to a subscription so they're not obligated to renew or have additional steps to ensure the are not charged again?

Hi,

There are no obligations. Acyba will inform you the subscription is about to expire and if you choose not renew the license, that's fine. Please be aware that after expiration you're not entitled to get updates anymore.

You also can use Acymailing Starter, it's free and you'll always get your updates.

I am sorry, but this information is not correct.
I just received an invoice. I didn't get a reminder, an I surely didn't renew my subscription.
Something must be going wrong.

You can enable/disable automatic renewal in your account on acyba.com: https://www.acymailing.com/account/view-subscription
