Upon closer observation I now see that the form that I completed a few days ago was on the /contact/ page, which is almost identical to the form on the /support/ page.
I just complete the form on the /support/ page and had problems attaching my 82kb screenshot. the form did not respond to dragging & dropping nor clicking the "Select files" button.
I then opened the support page in a different browser and was able to attach my screenshot, but was unable to submit the form because the page returned an error that I must wait for uploading to complete, despite showing 100% beside the attachment.
A few more attempts were made with the same result,
I did receive one auto-acknowledgement in receipt of my ticket, I just don't know which of my attempts was successful (with or without the attachment).
