Statistics not working

Statistics do not work at all. Displayed 0 email openings, although I opened it personally.
The AcyMailing: Statistics Plugin component is working. I added the text "TEST" in this plugin and sent an email. The letter came with the text.
What is the solution?

Most mail clients don't download images by default. Did you instruct your mail client to download you images?

If you did, please add a read online link to your mail, send it and view your mail online. Open your browser concole and check if there are any errors.
