nzrunner I am having the same issue with upgrading. I have confirmed the tmp directory is correctly set and that it is writeable. The upgrade seems to create a file called download.zip in the tmp directory and then returns the error as noted by the OP.
dmdzen Hello! I have the same problem. Joomla is in a correct mood. The paths to the .tmp directories and the .log are correct. But the update fails ... By the way, the download.zip file cannot be unpacked. The archive is broken... It looks like this is a massive update issue.
jvstratum Hi, Can you try to download the installation package from your account on https://www.acymailing.com and install that on your site?
dmdzen good afternoon but I have acymailing installed on my site.... I cannot upgrade it from 6/6/14 to 6/17 Please note that the archive download.zip is broken (it is in the .tmp directory) I think this is the problem.
jvstratum You can install it again. You don't need to uninstall Acymailing. Just download the package from your account and install it.
martinus Hi - sorry to disturb you on this beautiful saturday morning...I had the same problem - but I can't work out from this thread what the solution might be? Yours Claus
martinus Hi again Of course I can read the posts in this thread! But whenever I try to install the 6,17 version the installation faults as described above... I've downloaded the file and uploaded via the Joomlainstaller - but it keeps failing...
jvstratum martinus Hi, If you have a valid Essential or Enterprise subscription I suggest you raise a support ticket for this: https://www.acymailing.com/support/.
