Same issue here - using outlook app on my phone I can show you how your provided templates font of 12px Helvetica is so insanely small ... and setting it to 18px makes no difference ?! If I may, I suggest you spend a little more time making sure your provided templates are mobile friendly - starting with making sure the minimum default font size for <p> is readable on mobile - research if there is a better way for font sizes to use more common / default sizes. Also it would be better if the mobile width was not fixed so when font sizes are small someone could easily zoom in to read - but as-is we can't zoom in because the width remains fixed outside our view and it is near impossible to read when the text is off screen. I'm sure you can make this better. Also, if I may, I suggest setting up your templates assuming they are on mobile ... desktops are easier to change the display zoom and fonts ... and its fine if its very large, really! I see your competitors are doing much better on this front, so if you fix this, you will be miles ahead. 😊
