stojsins Hi. I'm using next logic for newsletter subscription via email: https://domain.com/index.php/en/?option=com_acym&ctrl=frontusers&task=subscribe&hiddenlists=1&user[name]=subscriberFirstAndLastName&user[email]=subscriberEmail Is there a way I can do the same for unsubscribe? Something maybe like: https://domain.com/index.php/en/?option=com_acym&ctrl=frontusers&task=unsubscribe&hiddenlists=1&user[name]=subscriberFirstAndLastName&user[email]=subscriberEmail
jvstratum Hi, Did you try to add a unsubscribe link using the dynamic text? In the text editor click in the toolbar on the {;} icon and go to the tab Subscription. There you'll find the tag to add the unsubscribe link.
stojsins jvstratum Hi jvstratum. The problem is that we are using newsletter activation from another website. It's complicated... And now we would like to enable unsubscribe functionality from that another website. That's why we need unsubscribe via url.
stojsins So, is it possible to unsubscribe via link or not? This is very important for us, we have licensed multisite enterprice subscription, we are using AcyMailing for years, and our two new websites depending of this option for newsletter implementation.
jvstratum Hi, Yes you can have an unsubscribe link, but not based on the mail address. That would enable one to unsubscribe your users by guessing the mail addresses, which is insecure. Normally Acymailing includes all the information in it's unsubscibe link, but i don't know how to do that from an external site.
