We have been using Acymailing for a few years now and really love it!
However, today, while trying to send out a new newsletter we ran into an issue and as we did an update yesterday, we wonder if that could be related.

Below the answers to the questions as listed in the doumentation:

Can you send/receive a message sent from the mass mail tool using the exact same configuration as in AcyMailing? (the Joomla function) --> yes
Can you send/receive a test sent from the AcyMailing configuration page? --> yes
Can you send/receive a test from a simple Newsletter (which means a Newsletter you created with the subject : test and the body : test) sent as "text" only? --> yes
Can you send/receive a test from a simple Newsletter (the same above) sent as "html" ? --> yes
Can you send/receive a test from your real Newsletter sent as "text" only? --> yes
Can you send/receive a test from your real Newsletter sent as html version? --> yes

All test e-mails work, only the actual sending of that real Newsletter doesn't work. I have created a list with my own e-mail accounts in it. When I click send, I get a message that the e-mails are succesfully queued but they just stay and sit in the queue, they are not actually being send.

I can't find any errors in the logs.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Do you have a license attached to the site? The cron job are running?

      Hi,

      Please go to Acymailing->Configuration->License and check if you have a linked license and if your cron is activated. If this is not the case link your license and activate your cron.

      Otherwise unlink your license, save your config and link your license again and click save. After that activate the cron again.

        There is indeed a license linked, sorry should have mentioned that.
        How can I see if the cron jobs are running, is there any documentation on this?

        When I go to configuration, the "Automatic send process" under Cron in settings was deactivated. When I active it, it does send all e-mails in my queue. But only what's in the queue at that moment, if I put new mails in the queue, I need to deactivate and activate again to get it to clear the queue.

        How can I save my configuration before I re-link the license?
