groovesplit It seems to be that the V7 update for the plugin may be causing some issues ( i'm using the latest version of WordPress ). I've had a couple of further crashes on my site after saving some changes in Acymailing's configuration tab. After checking Acymailing's forum page I found out that multiple users seem to be having a similar issue as well. My only way of resolving this issue so far is by deleting the plugin via my hosts FTP service and reinstalling it again. I reinstalled the V6 Version of Acymailing which I have backed up on my PC and this worked perfectly. So... the issue has to be the recent plugin update right?
amonnier I have the exact same issue : acymailing update crash my server completely : I have the logs below : 2-0 - 0/0/1 . 0.00 72 74276 74276 0.0 0.00 0.00 2607:5300:60:1467:: http/1.1 www.cqmi.com.ua:443 GET /index.php?option=com_acym&ctrl=cron HTTP/1.1 2-0 - 0/0/1 . 0.00 72 74261 74261 0.0 0.00 0.00 2607:5300:60:1467:: http/1.1 www.cqmi.ca:443 GET /index.php?option=com_acym&ctrl=cron HTTP/1.1 2-0 - 0/0/1 . 0.00 72 74003 74003 0.0 0.00 0.00 2607:5300:60:1467:: http/1.1 www.cqmi.ca:443 GET /index.php?option=com_acym&ctrl=cron HTTP/1.1 3-0 - 0/0/1 . 0.00 72 74700 74700 0.0 0.00 0.01 74.58.165.132 http/1.1 www.cqmi.ca:443 GET /images/new_arrow.png HTTP/1.1 3-0 - 0/0/1 . 0.00 72 74856 74856 0.0 0.00 0.00 2607:5300:60:1467:: http/1.1 www.cqmi.com.ua:443 GET /index.php?option=com_acym&ctrl=cron HTTP/1.1 3-0 - 0/0/1 . 0.00 72 74300 74300 0.0 0.00 0.00 2607:5300:60:1467:: http/1.1 www.cqmi.ca:443 GET /index.php?option=com_acym&ctrl=cron HTTP/1.1 3-0 - 0/0/1 . 0.00 72 74397 74397 0.0 0.00 0.00 2607:5300:60:1467:: http/1.1 www.cqmi.ca:443 GET /index.php?option=com_acym&ctrl=cron HTTP/1.1 3-0 - 0/0/1 . 0.00 72 74858 74858 0.0 0.00 0.00 2607:5300:60:1467:: http/1.1 www.cqmi.ca:443 GET /index.php?option=com_acym&ctrl=cron HTTP/1.1 3-0 - 0/0/1 . 0.00 72 74210 74210 0.0 0.00 0.00 2607:5300:60:1467:: http/1.1 www.cqmi.ca:443 GET /index.php?option=com_acym&ctrl=cron HTTP/1.1
jvstratum Guys, For these issues please raise a support ticket here: https://www.acymailing.com/contact/. It's the quickest way of getting these issues resolved.
webjo Good morning all, IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Disregard my messages questioning the support: they are very responsive and do everything to help us. I just, like all of us here, panicked when I saw these errors on my site after the update. Know that they are doing everything to help us. Acymailing support: we love you!
groovesplit webjo Was your issue resolved? And if yes, did you have to provide the Acymailing support with any of your login data ( such as a wordpress admin login or FTP login )? I get cautious when it comes to handing over such sensitive information.
Alexandre Hi @abmanhero Please contact us using the support / contact form and send us a backend and a FTP access to your website. We will have a look at it 😉
groovesplit Tested a few things today across multiple websites of mine: The issue seems to be coming from the configuration panel within Acymailing V7. Once you try saving whatever you do in the config panel, the website just instantly crashes and doesn't go back live until you delete the plugins from FTP. Acymailing V6 doesn't have this problem.
jvstratum groovesplit You have opened a support ticket for this. Let's continue from there. Thank you for understanding.
Alexandre groovesplit Could you please let me know the "Queue process" configuration you have set? I guess you've set the send process to be really quick. However, this might impact your website performances (as the send process will take a lot of resources to send your email quickly (as you set in the config)). Please tell me more or simply open a ticket so that we can help ;-)
mihha Hi all Please update to the latest version 7.0.2 which solves the issues you have been experiencing We have found the cause of the problem and fixed it in the latest version Thank you all for reporting the issue and for having patience until we found the fix for it
ED-Aachen Unfortunately my site crashes today again. Yesterday the same. I already updated to verson 7.0.2 yesterday. Today I started editing a newsletter (not even sent it) an while running the spam test the site chrashed.
jvstratum ED-Aachen Hi, PLease raise a support ticket for this (https://www.acymailing.com/contact) and include login credentials for your backend so we can have a look at it.
ED-Aachen Hi, I raised the support ticket some time ago and got a confirmation. Question: Is there a support ticket website to communicate about the problem and the solution further? Or should I write an email to sales (at) acyba.com to communicate about it?
mihha @ED-Aachen just reply to the email which you received from us and your reply will be connected to the ticket in our system
dmico2 Any update to the v7, our site is still down and the ticket we opened has not been responded to.
