A WP5.6 install auto updated to V7 and the site has really slowed down/ground to a halt.

I have added 2 new plugins since I last used Acy, but switching these off is not correcting the issue.

Anyone with thoughts?

BTW, I have to restart Apache/PHP-FPM to get it working again.

I have the same issue on Joomla, following the installation of V& this has crashed my whole website. It seems to be linked with CRON . @groovesplit @amonnier

I have replied to your issues in the other thread. Please be so kind to post your questions only once. Thank you for understanding!

    Hi there,

It seems that we've missed something. We're working on it and we will soon release a new version fixing the issue.

@groovesplit please don't post on every thread. This way we can focus on every problem raised by users.
We're working on it and we will soon find a fix.

    Any updates?

    I have messages to send!

bins Did you update to the latest 7.0.3 version? It should solve your issue.

      Yes, on 7.03.

When I reactivated the plugin it started sending the last few bits of my message from a few days ago.

      The site reported this error:

      Error Details

An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 58 of the file /home/naf/public_html/wp-content/plugins/acymailing/back/helpers/global/curl.php. Error message: Maximum execution time of 300 seconds exceeded

I will increase the execution time to see if that helps.

You also can slow down your sending speed. How did you configure your send settings in Acymailing->Configuration->Queue process ?

Yesterday, after updating to 7.0.3 my site stopped working at all and whole day I spent with my server support to deal with it. Finally I replaced the file 'acymtriggers.php' from older ver. 6 in plugins/system/acymailing and my site is on. I know it's a temporary solution but maybe you find it useful.
          Radek

jvstratum I think my sending process was far much slower than in ver 6. It was a fight with the system. Within 3 hours I managed to send 1000 emails because my site didn't respond.
Please take a look at my configuration in screenshot.

Can you try to change it into 3 batches of 100 mails and see if that resolves your issue? You might need to put the acymtriggers.php belonging to 7.0.3 back in place.

jvstratum thank you for your answer. I will test but without sending emails. After updating to ver 7.0.3 even while I wasn't sending anything the server had problems because of the trigger. I will be watching it now.

jvstratum Unfortunately after coping back file acymtriggers.php my site is slower about 3-4 seconds on every reloading page. I don't send anything but acymailing is slowing my server.

If you have a valid Essential or Enterprise suggestion I suggest you raise a support ticket for this (https://www.acymailing.com/contact/), please make sure to include login credentials for your backend, so we can have a look at it.

radosc I don't send anything but acymailing is slowing my server.
                For me the same!

                This error today:

                Error Details

An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 58 of the file /home/naf/public_html/wp-content/plugins/acymailing/back/helpers/global/curl.php. Error message: Maximum execution time of 600 seconds exceeded

It is affecting the whole server!

                  Hi,

This morning version 7.0.4 was released. Can you update to this version? It will probably solve your issue.
