So I don't know why you call it "Woocommerce abandoned cart" if it is not? That name is misleading, and made me believe that emails were being sent for months, but they weren't. I didn't make a good impression on my client and I think a fix is urgently needed on your part. Do you have a timeline for this and for your feature to actually be an "abandoned cart"? In the meantime, do you have a workaround I can implement? Thank you.
Another import things is that in acymailng email buildind there is a woocommerce widget where it can get the "product in cart", so it seems that you intention was to build a real "abandoned cart reminder"...
