Hi,

Please go to Acymailing->Configuration->Security and run a database integrity check. You'll find it at the bottom of the page.

In case this does not resolve your issue open your console (F12 in Chrome/Firefox) and select the network tab. Then edit your newsletter and save it again. Check your console for any errors.

I know that you don't have issues with the CMS itself. My question was do you have AcyMailing on joomla or WordPress?

oh sorry i dont understant you . i have install it on joomla 3.9.26

If you check Network tab in your browser Error console, do you see some failed requests there?

I have the same issue with AcyMailing Enterprise 7.5.0, on Joomla 3.9.26. When clicking the Apply button, I get the message "Please wait while we're saving your email", but nothing happens. There is a beautiful error on the console and a request is not started:

If you have valid subscription, please open a support ticket using our Contact form on the main site and provide website URL, super admin login details and FTP login details, and we will take a look at the problem and try to fix it

In the meantime the problem has been solved. It seems to be due to an embedded video in the newsletter. Once it has been removed and only linked via an image, the problem is no longer there. Probably there is an issue with the (YouTube) embed code.

Any solution to this? I did the Database Integrity check, no issues detected.
I moved from another newsletter plugin just a few months ago. I was able to send out a newsletter ONCE using AcyMailing and now no more.
Console does show some errors but I've no idea what to do about them.
Running latest Wordpress 6.2.
No video embedded. I've tried changing NOTHING on the template and saving, still does nothing.

This can happen in case your template or email is very large. Are you able to create a a new template with only some text?

From the error in the console it looks like the error when some one is trying to add a video to the newsletter.

You are replying to a very old thread and everybody who previously has posted in this thread is receiving notifications abou a new post being added.. Please be so kind to answer my the above question by starting your own thread in the forum.
