Error: class 'acymplugin' not found

Hi there!

Our client was working on content of the website last night and reported the site was down, frontend and backend gives the error CLASS 'ACYMPLUGIN' NOT FOUND

So, we're not able to go to administrator anymore at this point.

Is there a way to fix this?
